Hirak Jayanti Competition Winners

The Hirak Jayanti event, organized as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various levels. Under the guidance of Hon’ble Chancellor Shrimati Anandiben Patel, the event encompassed cultural, literary, and sports competitions, engaging students from primary to postgraduate levels.

The competition progressed through multiple levels: Block-level → District-level → Inter-district, culminating in the final winners list below. The winners will be honored by Hon’ble Governor Shrimati Anandiben Patel on March 3rd at the University.

Event Background & Significance

The Hirak Jayanti Samaroh was held under the instructions of the Hon’ble Chancellor, aiming to engage students from primary to postgraduate levels through diverse competitions. The event included three major categories:

  1. Cultural Events
  2. Literary Events
  3. Sports Competitions

The winners at the block level advanced to the district level, followed by an inter-district competition involving students from Gorakhpur, Deoria, and Kushinagar. The final winners listed above will be felicitated by the Hon’ble Governor on March 3rd.
