Seeing this divine occurrence, people began worshiping there, which eventually led to the establishment of a temple. Over time, devotees’ fait
h strengthened, and the grand Baba Kuleshwaranath Temple was constructed.
This temple is located west of the Kuri Bazaar outpost, near the Sant Kabir Nagar border. On Mahashivratri, devotees not only from Gorakhpur but also from Sant Kabir Nagar district visit the temple in large numbers. According to local residents, thousands of devotees offer Jalabhishek at this temple every year.
Special Arrangements for Devotees
Under the leadership of Belghat’s current Block President, Puja Shivprakash Singh Kaushik, arrangements were made for RO water tanks to provide clean drinking water for devotees. Efforts were made to ensure the availability of purified water at all the ancient temples in Belghat.
